At Citiliving, we set out to fix Nigeria’s chaotic rental housing market by building homes that are both investable for steady returns and liveable for modern urban renters.

Like every ambitious startup, we’ve had to make bold choices along the way. We’ve recruited people in the past, only to discover that AI tools and specialized consultants often delivered faster, leaner results — helping us save cost, time, and resources.

But today, we’re entering a new phase. As we expand our projects and scale our platform, we are now looking for competent, driven individuals to join us across our three core divisions:

  • Technology Division → Help us build platforms that connect landowners, investors, property developers, realtors, and renters with seamless trust. Solutions that AI alone can’t dream up.
  • Real Estate Division → Experienced consultants, architects, and engineers dedicated to quality, designing and overseeing durable, premium multi-unit residential properties with an in-house project management team.
  • Operations and Growth Division → Systems thinkers who thrive on clarity, structure, and scale, ensuring our processes serve people with efficiency and trust.
